More than 50 of the coalition’s aircraft have made a total of 1,800 sorties during the air strikes in Mosul, it said, including 1,500 ag더킹카지노ainst Isis fighters.
There are roughly 4,000 Isis fighters in the city, and the Iraqi forces are trying to dislodge them.
Earlier, Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi announced that Iraqi government forces have recaptured most of Mosul’s main airport since Sunday, as fighters from the group are backed by international forces.

Islamic State s바카라사이트aid on Sunday it had taken control of the northern city of Mosul, an achievement it said came “through the support of the Sunnis and their brothers”.
The Pentagon said its mission is to secure the city “from further terrorist attacks against American forces”.
“We will continue to focus on our strategy of disrupting, de-conflict, and eliminate the threat that Islamic State poses to all Americans and Iraqis,” the Pentagon said in a statement.
It added that IS did “not take lightly the loss of innocent human lives and civilian infrastructure and civilian infrastructure was destroyed by the air and ground support provided by coalition and Iraqi forces”.

But US Vice President Joe Biden said the number of US troops on the ground in Iraq was “at record levels”.
He said more US forces would be withdrawn “as quickly and forcefully as we possibly can, because we can’t wait.”
Iraq’s Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi will meet his US counterpart Joe Biden in Baghdad later on Sunday.
